Shipping policy

Most items ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Occasionally, we offer pre-order items, and any extended processing time will always be noted in the listing.

Processing Times:

• Adult sweatshirts or apparel: 5–7 business days (due to stock availability)

• Custom orders: 7–14 business days after your order is received

• Wholesale shirt orders: 10–14 business days to complete

• Wholesale tutu orders: 2–5 business days

During busy seasons, processing times may fluctuate by a few extra days. We always do our best to get your order out quickly, we’re just as excited for you to receive it as you are!

Shipping & Pickup Options:
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to follow its journey to you.
We also offer local pickup in Spokane Valley, WA. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Please note:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned and confirmed delivered by the carrier.
